Methods

Most items are available for immediate dispatch, except as noted. We offer a choice of shipping methods to fit your schedule and budget; simply select Standard or Priority during checkout. We typically ship via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail within the United States and to all Canadian provinces. We also serve worldwide destinations using a variety of international carriers.

Times

Our goal is to fulfill all standard orders within two to three business days of receipt, so you will typically receive your shipment within 5 to 8 business days of order placement. Priority orders are eligible for expedited handling and depending on time of receipt will ship the same or next business day, with typical delivery times of 1 to 3 days. International deliveries will take longer.

Costs

Flat rates for retail customers, regardless of the number of items purchased:

Standard shipping:

  • $5.00 plus .38 per item within the United States

  • $20.00 per order for Canadian addresses

  • $25.00 plus $2.00 per item for all other destinations.

Priority shipping:

  • $9.95 per order within the United States

  • $45.00 per order for all other destinations.

Even better, standard shipping is FREE on all domestic orders with an item total of $49.00 or more (wholesale and international orders excepted).

You must enter code FREESHIP at checkout to receive free shipping.

Payment

We accept VISA and MasterCard. Your credit card will be charged upon shipment of your order to you. We will accept personal checks and money orders, payable is US dollars, with orders that are mailed to us. (Please note: personal checks may take up to 10 working days to clear before your order can be shipped.)

Sales Tax

Sales tax of 6.25% will be added to all orders shipped to addresses in Massachusetts.

Returns Policy

If what you receive from us isn't better than what you expected, send it back for full refund or exchange. Please contact us prior to returning any product.
